The Best Camera, an iPhone application, a book and a community

In a previous article, I was talking about how important the iPhone  had become in photography and how Chase Jarvis was using it on a daily basis. The problem is that he didn’t like the existing retouching and sharing applications so, with the help of Übermind, he created his own.

Called “The Best Camera”, the program lets you edit your photos with several filters and effects, and you can then share them on Facebook, Twitter and on the new dedicated website, thebestcamera.com. A book of iPhone photographs called The Best Camera Is The One That’s With You was also published to complete the experience.

Chase Jarvis made two videos where he explains why he created the application and how to use it.
